ok so i've done the clutch mod, cdi, re-jet #80 and 12.5, air fliter, drilled holes in the air box mod, slider/throttle mod, and wheel spacers, the next is exhaust. anyone have one on their raptor 50. any suggestions. i have seen a few pics of some and i have been looking at a few brands. is it worth the $200.00. does the raptor 80 exhaust fit the raptor 50.

Im just starting to mod my little guys 50 so can keep up a little better!
I saw a pipe on ebay for the raptor 50. Can't remember the name, but i'm sure evry little bit helps.

have you done any mods yet.. what have you done? i have read almost every topic for the raptor 50 that i could have. my little raptor runs so much better with all the mods. let me know where you are and i will walk you trough the rest.

 

the yamaha part number for the raptor 50 and 80 exhaust are identical. there fore you should be able to use a Raptor 80 exhaust offered by Big Guns, LRD, white brothers, FMF, DG, or Pro Circuit T-4 for the Raptor 50. I believe that Big Guns offers a specific exhaust for the Raptor 50. LRD shows a Raptor 80 dyno curve for their exhaust on their web site.

I took the stock baffle out of my sons Raptor 80 to clean it and I let him ride without it for a while and he loved the sound, and of course he is always looking to get more power out of the machine. So I have been looking at the white brothers, LRD or Pro Circuit T-4 exhausts.
