George, thanxs for the tips, the choke backwardsthing help out a lot, but the carb seems to hesitate slighty if you "goose" the throttle (even after readjustin air flow screw). May be because I have the float bowl level set to low. Also was wondering what that spanner wrench was for, rides not bad on mine, 180#.

I have a slight hesistation when I goose it too. I seems to go away once the engine is good and warmed up though. I think I just takes a bit for the carb and intake to warm up which helps with fuel atomization. I notice that you have called yours a Tank. In my surfing it looks like it is suppose to be a Titan or a Sahara.

Looks like I got the old bait and switch (too late, feedback already left). Mine is a 2006 MH200. It calls it Tank in the owners file. Looks just like the Titan w/brown camo. So what did you end up with, George? Now I'm curious, because the auctions looked like the same unit. Still waitng for Bill of Sale and MCO too so I can get it titled and make sure the guv'ner gets his cut. Gonna have to call Mickey again and act a little pissed off soon.

I got my MCO before the unit arrived. I believe that the MCO acts as a bill of sale at the DMV. My unit looks just like the unit they have listed, except it did come with rear view mirrors. The disk with the owners manuel is obviously not for this particular unit. It does not have any information on the front hydralic brakes or the speedometer. Some of the other stuff in there was vague as well.

What a difference a day makes....got to use it for a little today. First off, with the choke used properly, this is a pretty snappy little machine. Missed 2nd gear while accelerating hard and hit 3rd, spun the tires in mud and leaves, pulled a couple of 400# plus wagon loads of wood plus my size 2X @$$ with no problems. Only other test I need to do is to tie a Boone & Crocket buck to the back and drag it back to the cabin. George, got my MCO today and it says its a MX200 Titan, 2007. Markings on the quad say MH200ATV and manufacturing sticker on frame says 2006. As long as the SN is the same I guess....also, did you figure out how to use the parking brake yet? There seems to be no way to lock the front brake lever on mine. LMK.

Glad you are finally having fun with it. Glad the choke thing worked for you too. They are a pretty snappy little engine. Expecially from off idle into the mid range. I am having a blast with mine and I have not even got it out in the boonies yet. I have been trying to figure out the park brake thing too and I think I have come to the conclusion it does not have one. Did you get yor hesitation figured out yet? Was it a carb adjustment or just needed to get good and warm? Did you check your clutch cable by the exhaust pipe yet. Mine was too close for comfort, did not want the plastic on the cable to melt so I bent my cable bracket over a bit.

My clutch cable was OK. As for the slight hesitation, didn't even notice it while riding, so I don't know. The intake appears to be plastic so it might be a warmup thing. They had a lot of problems with the Carter Thermo-quad doing that back in the day. I got a Yamaha Bruin manual online and most of the cable adjustments appear to be the same. I adjusted my throttle freeplay instead of limiter trying to do it by the Marshin book. Again, the CH-english is not very clear on a lot of stuff. That's why I'd like to find out if any Yahmaha parts are interchangable. Going to dump some more air from my tires today. Came to me assembled, w/20+ psi. took them down to 7 the other day, going down to 4 and try it.

Well up to 20 hours and no problems yet. Spark plug got dirty from running the choke backwards. The clutch is kinda grabby on mine and it is cold blooded. For the price I LIKE! Thanks to George for all his help in getting me to see the obvious. I'm a little more focused now. Now if I can get my wifes old TRX125 back together and running.....

Well, in keeping with the report thing on these machines ghcoe and I have had gong, I want to let eveyone following the threads know that I have had it up on 2 wheels twice now while doing some agressive turning. Today I was waaaay out on the bike to get it back down. The look in my wife's eyes told me I was up higher than I thought the first time. It's still a pretty good machine with no problems yet (30 hours), still coldblooded and still grabby clutch. Just not as laterally stable as I would like. I ride very conservatively, but should be able to do a doughnut or too in the gravel without flipping over! My daughter was following me on the old TRX the other day and told me I ride like an old man (so I reminded her I was)!
