I don't think the four stokes have restrictors in the intake or exhaust. Im not 100% sure. Have you tried a no rev cdi box? Different rear or front sprocket? Bigger tires? That stuff will give it more top end. Is the bike actually made by Polaris or is it a Kymco or E-TON? Is it a cvt transmission(belt driven)? Have you checked to see if it has a spacer where the belt rides on(assuming its a cvt)? Remove it if it does. Hope that helps to a certain degree.

Not wanting to bust your bubble, but I think that there are not alot of upgrades available for that unit. I would sell it, as they are going pretty well if they are in good shape, then I would buy a larger one. You would likely spend close to what it would cost to upgrade that one. Higher rpms will not give you all the way around power. I do not think a CDI box will give you any felt bottom end performance.
