an MCO = Manufacturers Certificate of Origin. In order to get license / title transfered etc. to your name it has to be signed on the back. I knew this from selling cars with my dad several years ago. But, in the confusion of the rain sleet, getting the quad , loading , wanting to get home and everything I missed it not being signed and transfered over on the back of the certificate. Some states like my State require a " license" which here in Arkansas is just a sticker but still costs 10$ one time and does require an MCO. What really pissed me off was the fact I bought it in Okla. and Arkansas wants 8 % sales tax from the sale . I had a few choice words with the gal at the revenue office yesterday. The know they dont like me, and I dont like them either . We already had some go arounds about 5 months ago on some papers and one ending up getting fired from it

Today I made it to the Dept of Licensing. They titled my V4S without the back of the MCO being signed. So...I'm good to go.

It did, however, cost me $33 for the license tabs. I was told that with the tabs I could ride on forest service and county roads without being ticketed. So, in the long run, I guess it will be worth the $33.

</a>

I think this will be fun to ride around town as well as a trail ride.I had a Boulevard C50t that I sold last summer wich left me with nothing on two wheels.Oh and it will be the balck one of course.

Kman, keep us posted as to how it goes for ya, I use to ride a Honda XL500 many years back and loved it. The Hi Bird is a 250, thats cool most of these seem to be 200cc's! I'm just am not sure I like the whole Hi Bird name on it! Vbike would be much better but then Jetmoto would be much better then that even!

outofline,I will keep you posted.Yea I guess since I had a hibird atv it dosn't bother me as much but your right vbike logo wouldbe better.
I do like the fact that its a 250 as well.I am a member of another forum that supports chinese made bikes and the people that have these enduros have nothing but good to review on them.

I wouldn't mind having one of those 250 enduros for riding to work in the Summers. Please let us know if the engine has any similarities to the Vbike 250 V4S engine.

I once thought of making my old XR250 street legal. This one looks all ready to go.

I will Colorado.From what I have been reading on the other web sight They are getting mid 60's to low 70's gpm on these.That is real attractive considering gas is over 3.00 a gal.
They are totaly street legal and ready to go.not bad for around 1150.00 bike.
