My neighbor gave me two atv70's to fix up for her. She said they ran great.. before she stored them for over a year ago. So.... I drained the tank, put a new fuel filter on, pulled the carb off and soaked it in gas for a while, along with spraying the hell out of it with carb cleaner. I installed everything and it runs.... but I have to keep it almost at full choke. It will run ok when almost at full choke but wont run any other way. It also wont idle for $h!t. I have to keep blipping the throttle for it to stay on. I cant put the choke anywhere else or it will stall. I also have to blip the throttle for it to start. Any ideas... Thanks.

p/s I messed with the carb screws slightly with no success. Also has new plug and the carb is super clean. Help!
