That ATV looks just like a hensim 250 utility, vbike carries one that is made by hensim with vbike stickers on it search hensim and their website has pictures and parts.

I own a newer one and for the money i paid they're not to bad , not too many problems so far just tighten bolts and start it once in awhile in the winter, parts seem fairly easy enough to find as well, it beats paying $4000 or so for a brand name.
