well, hard to let it go. but I was gunna order tires anyway, so I'm gonna trade for a kids wheels/tire combo. he has brand new plastics and all, so I may just try to score the whole bike for $100 we'll see. I'll ask him when he comes back. the motor casing is cracked as well but the crank and variator and other parts I need/want could be good so it's worth the $100 just for them. also his frame may still have a grab bar attached which would be a big plus. it's a pita moving it thru tight places where I need to lift the back to move it with no grab bar LOL... we'll see. I may not get it but for the brand new plastics and whatnot it's worth an offer of $100 we'll see what he says...

and is it common to break LT80 motor casings? mine is broke, his is broke and Jack didn't sound surprised when I told him mine was cracked lol. jumping to high?

 

didn't end up trading, sold my pitbike to another guy who has a CR125 and a BBR pitbike already. now the kid wants to trade me his SDG Pro Mini for some of my stereo equipment.. so I'll try to still get the LT80 parts I want. we'll see. I may just trade him a sub/amp combo for the quad and see how it goes. his SDG is pretty choice but I want to get me a blaster so the SDG is a step in the wrong direction lol. it's a much better pitbike than the one I let go. but still I want a fullsized quad not mini dirtbike lol. plus I have a place in my heart for 2 strokes not 4 strokes...

 

ok, so I traded some stereo stuff instead hope to have pix tomorrow. I got the entire bike and yesterday afterwork I stripped it down to the frame basically. the wheels are Douglas, the tires are 18x9.5 turf tamers on back, some cheng shins up front. but will be better than what was on there for sure!

also got his plastics which were nice and newish, and engine parts I could use to make one running bike out of I think. I still probably need a crankcase since mine has a small crack too. but we'll see, I almost want to fix this one too and make it run and sell it cheap..
