It's .5mm over, shaved head .030, I raised exhaust port .060 or 1.5mm, I didn't raise or widen transfers, just knife edged the bottom and tried straighten best I could without getting to cylinder wall. Widened exhaust about 1.5 each side or 3 wider and straightened it all way out to end to match pipe donut. Opened up reed cage as much as possible to keep divider which is knife edged, and keep oring at opening. Stock pilot jet but 90 main. Still feels fat to me when reving up high. I'll get comp soon as I can. But it's up there it feels like

Ok took compression reading on a cold cylinder with throttle wide open and got just over 150 psi. I knew was high but didn't think that high so I got my expensive snap-on from work and it read 153. I also put a 12 tooth front sprocket on and when boy on it it seems ok but if I get on it it'll rev pretty hard while trying to take off. It will go but I don't like the slipping. It's probably way to high gear ratio for me, it's slipping pretty hard, in the rear clutch I think too as no belt smell and I could feel heat back there when I shut it off and layer hand on case, may not be most accurate but it was way hotter than up by engine.
I just thought I'd give you a heads up on it, comp that is. I'm running 92 octane, and 32:1 on oil mixture yamalube R which I'm thinking is synthetic, (got lots due to my blaster).
Thanks
