Default 03 Cannondale Cannibal 440 Help.

So i recently bought a cannondale that needs some work. I've been into quads and dirtbikes for a while now and have never heard of one, and with the price of this thing i had to look into it. I read pretty good reviews online and it made me call the kid to go check out the quad. My last quad i owned was a banshee that i assembled myself with help of friends and it wasn't to bad for having no experience is repairing a quad. When i got there he said the quad wouldn't start. Last time he went riding the quad just died on him and wouldn't start. Also, none of the wiring is hooked up. The motor is not seized. I barely have any experience with this, just a little with the 2 stroke. Is this fuel injected four stroke going to be a lot more complicated? I've looked online for information but haven't found much out about the company itself. I was able to find some online parts manual. Can anyone give me some tips or direct me to where i can find some information that might be helpful to me. Thanks in advance.

This was a very noisy and temperamental atv. They weren't made but a couple years if I remember correctly. Experienced a couple of em when they came out, even had one as a trade in. Here's a list of manuals. Click on the "electrical efi manual" towards the bottom and see if this pdf service manual helps.Owner's Manuals | Blackwidow ATV, Cannondale Motorcyle/ATV Parts & Service

Only thing I've found so far is the oil lines in the parts section on this link. You might want to give this place a call as it seems like they're the only ones around that know anything about the Cannondale.
