2002 raptor 80 hard starting (cold start)
I am having a huge problem with my sons Raptor 80.
I just put a new plug, K&N, 15 pilot jet, 80 main jet, and adjusted the valves.
I can not get this quad to cold start.
I know they say they are cold blooded, but it will not start.
It has a new battery and is on a battery tender.
Please let me know what direction to go into.
Or what I need to buy, it is at a shop still for the last 1.5 months.
Thanks Chris

- Good blue spark when it doesn't start?
- Float may not be set high enough
- Could you have the valves set too tight?
- Air/fuel set at approx 2- 2.5 turns out from seat?
- Have you verified the choke fully closes when in the on position?
- Getting plenty fuel from petcock?
- Fuel tank vent works?
- Carb is vented to atmosphere
- Any chance there is any water in the fuel?
- Good compression?
