I have had this quad for months now with no problems, until recently the chain started coming off of the sprokets. The chain then got caught by the stator case and cracked the case, i then cut the atv off and looked at the crack then tried to start it back up and it wasnt starting up. so a week or 2 later i check it out i wasnt getting a spark so i first pull out the sparkplug and it was black at the end so i got a new one and still no spark. so i then get a cdi and still wont start up. im thinking its the stator but im not sure? PLEASE HELP!!!!

 

Did you verify the stator survived? I'd ohm for resistance and verify voltage out...
