Mascman the 50 and 90 top ends do not interchange, and the 105cc kit requires a crankshaft exchange.

wrhracing- I thought I read on another forum that the bottom ends were the same? We have a Kasea Skyhawk 50...do they use the same motor as the E-ton? Does the rev limiter info apply to our quad?

Also, do you have any used pipes that would fit this? I am not sure if I am ready to spend the cash on a new one yet.

Sorry I missed that. The stroke on the 50 and 90's are not the same. There is big bore kits for the 50's to run them up around 70cc. If you want to go up to 99cc. You have to get a big bore 53mm kit and change the stroke to 45mm.
Let us know about the green wire. I am trying to compile a list of what machines this is true on. The air filter will make this machine run better and protect it better. You will have to rejet. The jet is $4.00 I don't have any used pipe except for Keen pipes and they are not much better than stock.

Thanks for the info!

What kind of silencer does the Keen pipe have? I wanted to get rid of the hulking one on my daughter's quad. How much...if it's affordable for me I may be interested.

The size and shape are almost identical to the stock pipe. It look a little cooler than stock. The silencer is alittle more opened up. That is about the only difference.

What is the best pipe out there for the TXL-50??? My daughters atv has a few mods including a shaved head, exhuast ports has been opened up to remove the cast in restriction, and the carb has been rejetted. I just purchased a 21mm mikuni carb and will be installining it soon. The problem is that I still have the stock exhaust on it and what a restriction that is. I uncapped it for just a second and what a power increase. I am in need of a good exhaust system and would like some information on it. I have seen the Hetrick and the Simmons and was wondering if there are anymore available??? Also does anyone know which Boyesen reeds I need for the little machine. I used to have the # and lost it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!---Tony
