IT'S DONE! They will not be back and no other OEM is gonna take over.
The final liquidation of all assets of Cannondale motorsports is taking place now in Bedford, Pa.

The good news for owners is that over 10Million $$$$$ worth of parts is being sold and that will keep the 6,500 +/- bikes and quads running for a very long time. Do your crank~stud and motor mount updates and regular maintenance and there is no reason these machines won't be running 20 years from now.
Dang, we just got all the bugs and screwups worked out too! It's a shame they failed but that's capitalism for ya. All ATV enthusiasts have and will continue to benefit from the innovations cannondale brought to the market.

I lift my glass to the people that brought us the fastest 'frog' on 4 wheels. Salute.

Good luck guys.

One door closes and another opens. (yamaha 450) I do not think that would have ever happened if cannondale had not made a quad.

i know you dont believe me, ryanstones, but I really do hate to hear that. I'm glad that they have that much in parts, though. I agree, they did wake up the market.

Yep Cannondales effort was all or nothing.Thats what makes this country a sucess.People are willing to take a chance and if it fails better to fail trying than not to try at all.

i dont think that the cannondale effort and ANY effect on the yami 450, the yami motor was already built it doesnt offer a quality suspension, and you have to spen thousands to make it "race ready", i am not saying that the yami is a "bad" quad but what i do think is that cannondale opened eyes of companies you produce a "race ready" quad and that fuel injection IS THE FUTURE, ...SEE GAS GAS, race ready fuel injected, now where have i heard that before

One will not have to spend "thousands" to make it race ready. Just send off the front and rear shocks to get re-valved and perhaps add a sag suspension system. Hell, Kory Ellis placed third in the Pro-Production class and he was running a stock rear shock...

Based on this sentence "The good news for owners is that over 10Million $$$$$ worth of parts is being sold and that will keep the 6,500 +/- bikes and quads running for a very long time", where can we expect to buy these parts?
