I really don't see what dinli bought and I don't see how c-dale got a patent! "Intellectual property associated with the motorsport division" what the heck is that! One patent!?! If you read the c-dale patent it is only on the motor and it is very vague. If I understand it their really is no problem getting around it. Could dinli be that stupid? Could Pigasus have screwed dinli that badly? Could I have misjuded how big a schiester mr. urinel is? Any patent lawyers out there?

The intellectual properties, including any patents, are the collection of drawings and specifications. Having that info will short cut bringing out a product.

Don't know about you guys but I don't see me as a customer. I'll ride my Cdale until I can no longer find parts rather than buy a Dinlidale.

I what the "intelectual properties" are I just really don't think that they really got anything! One patent! The frame blueprints are already out there. The metalurgical specs are patented by someone else. The injection sys. is outsourced as is most of the rest of the quad. Dinli doesn't get the name...

I do agree with you on who do they think is going to buy these things! Unless they are building a quad so cheap as to make it basicaly disposable.
