few questions regarding mapping system on speed. I live in Maine and I have been wanting to remap my fuel injection and put a pipe on my speed for quite a while now. Nowone in the area can do it. No one within a three hour radius. I was wondering if it is possible to take the computer out of the atv and send it somewhere to be remapped? Or is it possible if I hook the four wheeler up to my computer and have somebody download the new remapping through the internet from far away?

 

You most certainly can remove your ECU and send it off for remapping. I did that and used R&S Performance, they turned it around in one day.

 

Thank you for that information. I guess I now need to find someone to remapp it for me. Who is R&S and what is their phone number? Is their just one remapping system kind of like the one of the moto, or is their many diferent remapping setups? Does any one have any recomendations on which pipe to use? I have heard that Hmf is good becasue they worked with cannondale to design it but i peronally dont really now what to get. Also I read about getting more horse power with air box modifications. Can any one tell me more about this?

i live in vegas and we had steve abbott do it at quadcentral 2 just take the computer off and send it to whom ever your sending it too then it should be good also what mapping are u looking at going to???[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]
