thinking of buying a used moto 440.

what should i offer. its been riden hard. needs new tires. looks like it may have been set up to race. wouldnt say that its in great shape. needs some tlc. what would you offer.

$3000 if it just needs tlc.At that price you could get most if not all your money back if you decided to part it out if you find something majorly wrong later.
