Hey guys I was just thinking since Bombardier and cannondale have had a hard time proving their name wouldn't you think that it would be awesome if Bombardier who is building their reputation, if they bought the cannondale franchise.

uh... as i recall, dinli bought the rights to the cannondale designs (though htey havent used them yet). it was reported that HONDA wanted cannondale b/c they liked the frame - its a masterpeice. ATK bought the leftover parts from cannondale and have been selling quads assembled from them and improved the engine to a 450 and fixed something else with it (its on their website), and Bombardier/BRP has changed its name to what it use to use in the 70's=== CAN-AM for its rec/atv lineup.

Yea I know the reason I posted this was because bombs and cannondales are 2 quads that no one really realizes what they are and are capable of doing and thought it would be a good idea if they teamed up but the new bomb/can am 450 is supposed to be coming out not too long from now and is supposed to be an awesome machine. The reason I really thought of it was since my friend tried getting parts from atk and everything he asked for they didn't have so it was pretty upsetting.

cannondale makes cannondale they had a few models such as the blaze, glamis, cannibal and moto they were a bicycle company from america who used their engineering and design to build a pretty sick quad. But after getting too over their heads and selling 10k quads they went bankrupt and atk and dinli got shares to the company and now atk pretty much perfected the original cannondale.

There really is nothing left to be called a franchise to buy. Dinli bit off more than they can chew being they have zero experience or funding to build an exotic quad like the cannondale . Atk also has zero capitol to further the lineage so they will just sell the parts they have and do what they can to keep assembling them as custom quads.
Many of the features Cannondale had 6 years ago are starting to show up on foriegn quads so they are not as exotic/cutting edge as they once were .
As for getting parts for your Cannon if you cant find them you have not even tried or are blind. We are still finding new crate quads at some dealerships . If certain part became unavailable we have been remanufacturing them as needed.
