Well on the cannondales I am a little familiar with them, but the 2 valves at the top of the frame are for drainage purposes since the oil runs through the frame and I am guessing the outlet and inlet should be on bottom of the frame somewhere...If I knew more about them then I could help ya, but I am sure someone will chime in...How is she sofar?

The hose coming out of the right side oil pump cover itself goes straight up and into the rear facing fitting in the square box frame . The hose from ther starter clutch cover tees into the lower fitting on the right inside frame member and it also goes to the hose with the 2 banjo fitting under the steering stem. The right rear valvecover hose connects to the higher of the two inside lower frame fittings. The breather hose to the airbox goes straight back to near where the scavange pump fitting is on the box frame I mentioned earlier. It connects to the fitting that points directly to the left frame rail. If you still have a banjo fitting on your engine oil drain plug then remove it and get a drain plug . It is no longer needed as the hose that came from the upper frame banjo fittings is now teed into the hose from the scavange pump and right lower inside frame rail per the TSB.

Thanks wistech i managed to sort out all the breathers i think im a little confused on just the 2 bottom oil hoses on the right handside of the bike, they go from the bottom of the engine to the top of the frame near the box section and one is about 8mm and the other is about 12mm,do these link in to each other then go on to the connecter that faces the rear of the box section? and then does the 2 near the dipstick that has a tpiece in to one pipe does that come under the airbox on to that rear connector as well,so youve got 3 pipes in to each other goin to that one connector?,sorry to be thick and be a pain, please help,Aran

Like I mentioned earlier the one going to the drain plug is cut off at the level of the water outlet and a TEE fitting should be aquired from a local hardware store and installed on the end hanging down. The end thats left going down to the drain plug banjo fitting is eliminated . You will need a regular drain plug then. The TEE fitting will have 2 open ends . The hose that connects the starter clutch to the rear frame fitting just above the chain is cut in the middle and the tee fitting will connect both of them there.

Ahh brill i think ive completed it now,ive put the hose from the 2 unions under the steering stem to the hose from the starter clutch cover cut it and put a T-piece in and connected it all,and eliminated the drain plug union and pipe, run the right hand pipe to the top box section an done the other pipes correctly as you told me just one more thing mate as if you were sitting on the bike looking down there is a nipple coming out of the valve cover at the top left should this nipple be connected with a hose to the airbox, ecu and fuel regulator using T pieces?,thanks so much for your help mate i really appricate this you dont know how long i been trying to get hold of someone like you who knows about them, thanks again, please reply, aran

The small nipple on the valve cover is just a tranny breather hose . Early quads just use a piece of rubber line and run it down in front of the starter. Newer quads run the hose to a vaccum tee fitting that connects to the fuel pressure regulator, the airbox fitting and the ecu. You can do what you like with those there is no real vaccum on the hoses. Its just to keep water out of the system. Good luck and be sure to check for oil flow in the dipstick hole 30 seconds after startup to be sure the oil pumps are working.

Wistech i have completed all the above to the instructions given from you but the instruction youve put that says the starter clutch cover goes to the lower fitting on the inside frame member when my one goes to the high fitting of the two,do i have to swap these 2 pipes over so the clutch starter hose goes to the lower fitting of the 2, This is the only thing left to do now, wish me luck for it to start, haha, please reply back, many thnaks,Aran

It doesnt matter which one . The one from the valve cover is the perfect length for one of those so just use the one that it wont stretch to. They both are just bunged into the same channel in the frame and do the same thing.
