Do you trust the mag articles regarding the cannondale or what? I have heard a lot of conflicting stories about the performance and things. Is there any info that you guys know that is postitive. If this bike turns out to be better than everyone says i am thinking about selling my 300ex to get one.

I have looked one over extensively and have ridden it. The ride was in a parking lot, but I still got a feel for it. I want one and plan on purchasing one as soon as I sell a couple other things that are taking up space in the building.

Many people seem to be concerned about the reliability of the machine. After owning and racing a Polaris and dealing with the problems of that thing the Cannondale should be a breeze. LOL

Someone has to buy these quads if Cannondale is to continue to build them. It is my opinion that the quads willl be VASTLY more of a success than the dirtbikes. I even read somewhere that they are sponsoring races! I feel I should reward Cannondale with my cash and support for stepping up bigtime and bringing new technology to the quad market. <No, I do not count the Raptor.>

I am going to the GNCC this weekend at Loretta's and am hoping to see one in action.

Check one out guys. Reward Cannondale for the kick in the butt that this machine will put into the other manufactures.

I often times get very discouraged with the quad market and think "to hell with it" and just sell everything and buy a couple dirtbikes. The 86 TRX250R I am restoring and the Cannondale are what has kept me from doing just that.

Sorry for rambling on. Nothing irks me more than unrealized potential. The 400ex I have has huge potential, but should not require the outlay of cash needed to reach it. Yes the FX400 is expensive. Don't you think it is worth it though?

Paul

86 TRX250R Restoring it
99 400ex Selling it as soon as the 250R
is complete
98 Polaris Scrambler 400 4x4 Dear God Please
someone come buy this thing
95 Kawasaki KLX650C3 Selling it also
98 Kawasaki ZX9R Taller clip-ons and a taller
shield and now I have a long distance tourer

It might be an allright ATV. I wonder if it handles as good as their bicycles?
