CCTMAN, Do you have any riding areas over there in Columbus? I havent heard of any but just curious if there is any good riding areas worth the 45 min travel there.

Zoinks .. I think the closest areas to ride for us are probably Attica, and Dugger. I heard they turned Dugger into a rec park though. I haven't been there in 2 years. There is also Laural on the other side of Colmbus, where you can camp, actually about 1 1/2 hours NE of Columbus. A buddy of mine also went down to Kentucky, Louisville area and rode at some rec area a couple of weeks ago with some other friends. Indianna actually has alot to offer. When I get back into ATVing again, hopefully soon I will be looking at doing some trips to silver lake. I have ridden the newness out of the badlands and I love to play in the sand. Alot of my buddies like tight woods stuff around here. I also have done some riding up and down White River between Seymour and Columbus. But the DNR has cracked down heavily on ATV riders around white river. I think they have been getting the farmers to resent us, so the DNR can kick us off their land. There are other roomers of areas in Brown County, but I'm not sure if its public land or not. Good Luck !!
