For those of you who missed my reply in the Honda forum, read on... C'mon Cannondale owners, lets help this guy out!

It appears to me that you (unlike so many I see) aren't basing your choice simply on the price tag on the quad. (within reason, of course) I seriously think you should consider the cannondale. Although I am going through some serious financial crap right now, I know that eventually my choice will be the Cannondale. Its faster than stink, surprisingly reliable (once you get past the updates- which are free and have been done to all leaving the factory now)It is more innovative than anything out there, its is comprised of very high quality components, its light weight is the new standard, and from all indications is a fun ,thrilling ride. Plus theres a bonus....you are putting american brothers and sisters to work, you are taking stock in American pride and workmanship, you are NOT being a follower, you are leading.(In more ways than one!)The trick,"high zoot" factor (see old Dirt bike issues from the 70's)can't be matched. Go to the Cannondale forum (you're here now) and read what the actual owners are saying...Pay particular attention to: "Well, Cannondale has my vote!" and "The Fastest, Lightest, Most Thrilling Quad You Can Buy!"
These guys plopped down their hard earned money and aren't the least bit sorry...A word of caution: Even a great bike will suffer in the hands of a bad dealer....For a true account go to rsperformance.com and see all they offer....tons of hop up stuff and VERY close ties with the factory! Keep us posted!

AS I've said before WHO BETTER THAN CANNONDALE? hee hee. For real though,if you want the best thing out right now get the C-Dale. If you want a company that will be there for you get the C-Dale. If you want something that you will have great pride in owning get the C-Dale. The cannondales arent having troubles in my opinion. What they are having is free updates and to some degree I guess you could call them modifications. Yamaha nor Kawasaki replaced components to make their quads handle better,Cannondale did FREE! Although the main reason for replacing them was to make them stronger they didnt just beef them up, they tested and come up with stronger components that made the handling better. AS far as the other stuff, flywheel ect. those things have been long taken care of. Also like Newsboy said, there is a realy great bonus! Let us know what you decide. I havent yet heard of a C-Dale owner saying he wished he would have got another quad, but I here alot of other quad owners saying they wish they would have/could have got a C-Dale. I dont see anything wrong with the price I paid for my FX. To me its every bit worth it and more. The Cannibals that Im seeing are the same thing but lower cost.
