Looks like the Cannondale in the techno King
#1
Well, with Suzuki announcing the release of the ZZZZZZZZZZ400 (could not resist) it looks like the high tech and high horsepower C-dales are tops for technology for another year. Its odd. Before the C-dales came out, any anouncement of a new sport quad was exciting, but now, its like ho hum... steel frame, carbed, big deal.. Not to mention they are using designs from 12-13 years ago.. Give me a break. One of the C-dales will be in my garage in the future!

All I can say is man am I glad I have a Cannondale! When are people going to figure out the quad they want produced is already here. It is also nice to know that Cannondale is actually listening to our comments about what we want and RESPONDING to them. I can't see the Z400, 400EX or Raptor topping the 02' Cannibal, and that is Cannondale's mildest offering. What should that tell you about the other three quads.

Yeah, I can't see myself buying a new quad with a carb now that I know what EFI feels like. The power is right there, as soon as you touch the throttle! I do see the other manufactures following in C-Dales foot...wait a minute, tire tracks. I cant imagine how they started acting when they go word of the Cannondale. What I'm not shure of though is will they build there engines to rev. like the C-Dale or will they be unsecure with high RPMs. Will they have the one piece crank case, gear driven cams ect. Time will tell, but for now the Cannondales blow the others away in tech. Hey,ever think about what Cannondale is working on for say 2004 knowing that the others will come out with something like the 01-02 Cannondales? Makes you wonder right?
