I saw an ad on here, which may still be there when you read this and clicked on it and it looks like Cannondale and MotoGrip have some sort of connection. What exactly is this thing and has anyone used it?

I know this guy and he's not linked to Cannondale, he just realy likes them and wants their name to get out there. I have tried one of those motogrips and they really give your arm a workout. I heard about them from arm wrestlers and rodeo riders, of all things. Pretty cool.

OH ok, I was just wondering. So do you think it's worth the $29.95? Will it really reduce arm pump, because I get it alot if I don't ride for a week or longer and then go and ride hard.

All the experts say that arm pump is caused by gripping the bars too tightly...having more forearm strength can actually allow you to relax your grip a little because stronger muscles are able to react quicker than weak ones. This makes sense to me. A friend of mine had one of these and it was pretty cool. It really gives you a good burn in just a few minutes.

actually isnt arm pump the lack of oxygen to the forearms cause thier under stress, so its more of a breathing problem. thats what a doctor told me and ive asked some people on here too, get more less the same answer. no doubt stronger arms will help but if you practice more on your breathing technique im sure you'll be amazed at the results.
