Hey guys,
I just started to build my first motocross track in preparation for my new atv.
I have about 20 acres of open field to play with.I already have the shape and design of the track already cut out of the field.
What i need help with is
#1 How steep should the jumps be to get medium size air off of them, like 6-7 feet.
#2 how do i go about building berms around the curvea
#3 could someone give me a website with track plans or pics of atv tracks.
All help will be much appreciated

#1 You figure that out by using the "build and jump" method. Build a jump really small at first and jump it and you should be able to feel if it has a nice floating off the jump feeling or a nice sudden take off that throws you up high (just depends on your preference)... thats the way I did it.

#2 Look at some of the berms at tracks... they are kind of like curved jumps but gradually steeper.

#3 Fourstates MX Weatherford MX Village Creek MX Caddo Point MX... Thats just a few of the local tracks around my area.
