Hey,
Anyone have any experience with the American Star a-arms that R&S Performance is selling? The reason I ask is that the +2 mild steel a-arms are very tempting for the price and I was curious about their quality. Any info is appreciated.........JIM

 

Dont waste your money. I have no clue why people keep buying these peices of trash. American Star is the same company as Last Rebel Racing(famous RIPOFF). MILD steel is right. They will "snap, crackle, 'n pop" if you get any air at all. Aren't they like $445? Save $100 more and get some Housers when they come out.

The lonestars don't look bad plus you get the choice of +2 or +3. They are alittle more high dollar though but to me they look like they are worth it plus they are a respectable company.

 

But, I thought that American Star made different versions of their a-arms. I am getting a set of American Stars but mine are supposed to be made from chromolly.
