Well looks like we won't have to wait and worry about the arrival of our refurbs any longer. My dealer who was promised five refurbs told me today that after getting just one,the factory is fresh out.Sorry.No reason other than someone else must have had more something. If this is a sample of what we were to expect from Cannondale maybe it's a good thing.Oh well, good luck Cannondale,bye...........

I'm not sure what you mean by:

"If this is a sample of what we were to expect from Cannondale maybe it's a good thing."

Cannondale has bent over backwards to help get it's quad to market. They where even nice enough to sell "REFURBS" with new motors and all the fixes for a couple of GRAND less than a Cannibal. So if you feel bad that they are all gone, to bad, they have been avalible for several months.

To assume that someone had more pull at another dealer is what happens in the corporate world. If one of my dealers is selling everything he can get his hands on and another is only selling "REFURBS" one guess as to who should get them.

Get the Cannibal oe the Speed.

Sorry about the rant but, how can anybody look poorly at when a program runs out of funding?

Smitty

I understand all that, and I was happy Cannondale was doing so much for all of us.BUT I was already waiting a couple of months and don't tell me you wouldn't be pissed if one or two more days suddenly turned into "never" your loyalty is comenable but you have one already.(this is not a fight, just a vent)

Smitty 911, "this could be a good thing"turned into a DEAL on a 2003 Limited Edition.Like the one I'm pictured on in atvaddiction's addict's corner.Picture taken last night as I got the news about the refurbs. You were right, but I'm glad I blew up.Somebody heard and made it right and gained my respect in aces.

shouldnt you be upset with your dealer for promising something he doesnt have? When there is a limited number of something it goes first come first serve. How many times have we heard dealers say they are getting something in next week. Do the dealers even talk to the factory or do they just try to impress customers?

My reburb was supposed to be here in three weeks from when I ordered it. It was never loaded on a truck and wasn't coming for at least 3 more weeks. I would've just bought another Z if they had told that to me up front..... I had cash and money talks and...... well you know. I got my 02 Cannible for the same price as my 01 refurb 6025otd. Yes that's a steal and I know it. I wasn't the one who made promises though. I own a Dale and am damn proud of it. Now C-Dale has to either give me a new frame or Moto A arms due to a problem w/ a toe out condition on my wheels. Doesn't matter to me it's their nickle. I wanted a Dale for the superior customer service I have been reading on this forum. I expect C-Dale will make it right again. I told C-Dale I would rather have the Moto A arms, but it's not my call.
