My stepdad is picking up his cannibal L.E today, are there any tips or tricks you guys can recommend for him to watch out for? The dealer is going over everything, but I dont trust them very much to show him everything.Any input would be appreciated.I am excited as well because he said it is mine anytime I want it !!!!

Congrats on the LE.

READ THE OWNERS MANUAL.

FOLLOW BREAK IN PROCEDURE.

Sorry for yelling but those are the important ones. Make sure all of the bullitins have been handled before you take the quad home. Don't let the dealer say well fix those when you come in for the first service.

Wear your safty gear and have a blast.

Smitty

Go to Cannondale's web site and print off all the tech bulletins and service bulletins and ask the dealer if all these have been completed and I would not purchase the quad until their all done!! Make sure your stepdad reads the section in the manual about proper starting procedures. If he doesn't, chances are he will foul the spark plug.
And definitely follow the manual's instructions on proper break in procedure for the motor.

Have your dad register here on atvconnection. Everybody in here is more than willing to help out and answer any questions you and your step dad might have on the C'dale. The C'dale forum is also watched by some C'dale engineers who occasionally will answer questions. Welcome to the C'dale family!!

Hey Brian & everybody thanks a ton. I am his source of info. He doesnt get into the computer. I talked him into the cannibal by reading all of the posts that you guys leave and respond to.I like this froum or any for that matter because you get feedback from real consumers, and not by stuffed pocket testers. I will let everyone know how things go. He's got it home. I told him to check EVERY bolt, and to read the manual and then read it again.
