Check your Battery!
#1
After hours of searching and 10 days at the local dealer....I found my stalling problem. My battery had 2 holes in it from rubbing on the front engine mounts. If you do find this. Here's the fix(I'll have pics tomorrow)
Remove the battery, loosen the 4 bolts holding the battery tray on, remove the 2 bolts closest to the engine. Put washers between the frame and the battery box to tilt the box away from the engine. With the battery in place, you want about a half an inch clearance. Re-install the bolts.
I am in the process of drawing up the plans for a aluminum battery box that will mount to the sub-frame if anyone is interested. It will allow you to run a stronger battery, I can't remember the numbers of the battery, but it has a good 90 cold cranking amps more of juice.

Let me know when you get the battery box done. I need some more cranking power for those dead engine starts. I just bought a 03 and it seems to start a little quicker than my 02. Might just be a fresher battery. I'm still running your radiator screen, it matches the red stripes on my 03 perfect.
