well we wanna hear about it. how did you do ? josh and i are having withdrawl symptoms, we didnt race this weekend. you gonna race breaux brdge sunday ? i talked to kip this morning, he went to swan this weekend just to watch the races. he said he's gonna talk to bubba bardwell about running a mini class at breaux bridge sunday. hey you got some 8"x8" aluminum honda rear rims you wanna sell cheap. i found out bubbas e-ton 90 has the 4 on 110mm honda bolt pattern on it. later

Sorry I didn't get back with you about the track. I've been working on a old house remodeling, so I didn't see it until it was too late.

Unless they changed it, they only had one good jump, in front of the bleachers, and I have never saw a quad do the entire triple. I, nor any of my friends (besides one and he cased it) had the ***** to try.

I didn't get to race, but just to go and see the pros clear that huge triple was worth the drive. I have never seen a quad fly through the air like that.

 

Sorry its been so long since I posted. Here is how the weekend went:

Got there on Thursday and all it was doing was raining. Got up Friday morning to the same ole rain. The track looked horrible and I thought we would never race on it. No one got to practice on Friday. Saturday we got up and the rain was gone. We got to the track and the people at Lincoln Trail Motorsports had done an excellent job with getting the mud off the track. There was actually dust after the first few races.

My 250B Qualifier: I left the gate and was on the gas hard and wasnt going to let off. Well neither was the #2 rider in 250B. It was going to be me or him with the holeshot but we hit each other hard and he crashed and I fell back to about 12th. I worked my way up to 5th and thats where I finished in my qualifier. In the main I came out the gate good in the 5th spot and move up to 4th by the second lap. I hit this tabletop step-up a little too fast and had one of the worst crashes I have ever had. I thought my body was going to break in half. I finished 15th in the main. But I got 8th overall so I was happy with that.

My 16-24 Qualifier: I came out the gate 4th and got pushed out in the second turn. I dropped from 4th to 11th. I turned on the gas and worked my way back up to 2nd where I finished. In the main I came out the gate 7th and passed a couple of people and then got passed by a couple of people. I finished 9th in the main. And I got 7th overall. This main was 4 races after my 250B main where I crashed.

I jumped the triple and it shoots you up in the air about 12-13 feet (maybe higher). Its a long ways also. I hit in 4th a little past half throttle.

This track was an awesome track and I hope we go back there next year. Well I will talk to yall later, I have to get back to work.

Congrats on the finishes last weekend. Any plans on racing in Texas anytime soon? I hope to get back down there if I can kepp a bike running. Later.

 

mrp congrats!! sorry about the spill. I didn't race anywhere this weekend rode in loranger ant the holeshot mx track. u didn't miss a thing but the same old rain. later

Hey Fuller I thought Holeshots didnt let quads ride there anymore you got some pull there?

 

yea him and ricky are buds from way back.

 

Mxmike, ricky told me and my friend that we couldnt ride anymore. He said the fourwheelers make it too hard to maintain the track. I dont know if you remember me but i was one of the two guys that were talking to you and your wife out by your truck at fernwood. All i know is that im not goin back to holeshot as long as ricky is there. I rode there because its 2 min. from my house. Ant.
