Ok, the wait is finally over. Here are the results.

First off the 50 HP figure Harry was talking about where from when he had a DYNOJET dyno.

Here is what has been done to my wuad.

HMF slip on
Trinity Speed Map
Trinity Port and Polish

There is no base line in which to compare. We never Dyno'ed my quad Stock. The correct way would have been to Dyno the stock, than with the slip on, finally with the Port work.

We did not get good runs based on some tire slip and the Tach wasn't hooked up. Harry did feel that this was excellent and was very happy with the results.

So the Grand Total is forty-six.three on a FLOWMASTER that reads about 10-15% lower than a DYNOJET.

46.3 that's huge and with only a slip on map and port work.

One thing to be aware of if you try this yourself is DON'T TRY IT YOURSELF. The exhaust has these bumps in the bottom of the port and when they go away so does HP.

smitty- those are good numbers., from some that i have seen. MichealAZ just got his 686 done by Harry a few weeks back. It pulled 59hp. I assume that is the same dyno?? Trinity only has one?? Sitting on 46hp is a lot of power! 5 years ago a 4stroke that hit 30 would be killer. Man we are getting picky now.

Now a different question on the dyno- How come a superflo reads low??
I thought trinity used 1 set of wheels tires on dyno??

WHen Harry was playing with the FX400 last year he still had the DYNOJET now he is using a SuperFlow.

They calculate the HP in a different way using propietary software. I always thought that HP was calculated as Work/Time. shows what I know.

Harry does have a set of DYNO tires that he uses and these need to be put on before the run. The tire slip graph was all over. I would like to think to much power. LOL

Thye only have the one DYNO now, so everything is done on it.

WP Z 400 pulled 45 on the same DYNO. So yes I will be waiting for WP.

Last night I dropped off his cams, He's gonna need them.

He just got them now....hmmmm...I hope he can get them put in this weekend and dyno it. I wonder if he got his ignition yet? WP you out there? You and WP must be in the same area, do you two ride together? You should race...hehe...GO Z.
