Cool, real cool. Well you know I'll be there. Just so happens to be in my stompin ground.
I didn't feel like replying to the MotoXTalk post, maybe running into some of those poeple this week end. They get me in a pissy mood and then when you see them they act like your a long lost friend. Makes me sick.
They practice tuesday and thurday from 5 to 9:30-10. Usually they just stay open untill every one leaves, atleast we have never been asked to leave. They also practice on sundays but, the track won't be prepped on sundays. They just hired a guy who opens the gate and collects the practice fee.
The races are on the third weekend of the month and the pee-wee track is open every non race sunday.....hmmm, did I forget something.
I will find out as much as I can this sunday. My son and team Cycle World will be racing there.
Still have a delemma over saterday night. It hasn't been finallized yet but I might have to bring my son to the Arena Cross. Let me see, if he has to go I have to go, not much I can do about that, but let me see.

yea they still pi$$ me off at mototalk but i handle it different now. i do think they finally figured out that i wont just go away or give up. cant believe you might miss fernwood but you gotta do what you gotta do. we going to practice tomorrow night, dont really have to josh already does everything they have at the track. probably just gonna get some lap times and see where we can pick up a few seconds. mike said they had 14 quads at gonzales last weekend. guess we will have to go back there soon. theres a guy racing there that josh wants to race bad since he has got more seat time on the moto. you should come out to fernwood tomorrow night. later

mark,
It's becoming that time of year. As the fall goes on you will see more and more quads. You will also see the fernwood all quad night attendence double. Summer time is like a low around here, all the better riders usually use it as there upgrade time. Your going to like the winter time, seems they all come out of the wood work some how. Real fun stuff.
I know the guy at Gonzales your talking about, his name is mark. He has two 400EX's. One is basicly stock with just flipped front rims. The other is a piece of art. He hasn't been around sense late june, he races his stock quad in the summer. I raced with him back in june and he was recovering from a jammed rist. I then seen him about mid july or so and he told me his jammed wrist turned into a surgery and some pins. He was a spectater that night and said he would be back this fall. Super, super nice guy, you and josh will realy like him.
I'm not sure about saterday night yet. I'm offshore and won't find out untill tomorrow after I get home. I'm deffinately racing this week end just not sure where yet. I deeply want to make it to fernwood but it's my son and what he has going on. Like I told you before he doesn't have the graet support as you and josh have but he made the team and they do things more like a club. My boy already has said he realy doesn't want to race the arena cross but wants to go to LA Supercross sunday. He knows I'm racing saterday weather he does or not, so that isn't a factor. But like I said I'm going to head over to cycle world and see whats up.
I will probably call you thursday PM. I want to get to fernwood for the practice session saterday day. and then stay for the night races my self. I've never raced there so I would like to pick Josh and Mikes mind before the evening.
Oh yah I mentioned I'm at work and don't return untill tomorrow. So no way to meet yall tonight.

the guys name is not mark. i really didnt want to mention a name but it dont really matter, im not bashing him or anything. as a matter of fact he is a friend of ours. josh just hasnt had the chance to race him since he got on the moto. his name is mike wise, he raced the moto for kip before josh got it. he rides a 250r and is pretty fast. he has won the last 2 races at gonzales. he will probably be at fernwood too, he likes to race the money races so im pretty sure he will be there. we wont get to fernwood till probably about 3:00 saturday, no sense paying extra for that morning practice. if you go to avondale tell will you know me, we talked for a long time yesterday, as a matter of a fact mike wise was one of the guys that got into that argument with will agout the money race when will banned the quads talk to you later.

Ok, I know who your talking about there. Well just leave it at that, or no comment.
I'm thinking of morning practice because I never been there, but if it isn't all that bad of a track I usually can sort out what I have to just in the pre-race practice. When I say sort out I don't mean perfect the track but obsorb pretty much all your going to obsorb for one day. I'm not a youngin so it's not like I can stay out there for a million laps like josh and them can, lol. I'm sure you know about all that too, lol.
I will deffinately be going to avondale on sunday. We have a group of youngsters in the mini classes that we support. None of them are racing saterday any where just sunday.
I will deffinately look up Will. When Jay was there you could never get passed him to talk to any of the owners. Jay is just a waiste of time, there was no talking to him. I am deffinately excited to meet you all. I realy would like to watch josh ride. Nothing like watching good riders gracefully round a track.

we done the morning practice last race but that was josh's first time there on the moto. the track is not too bad. the 2 interstate doubles you have to be pinned in fith to clear so not too many take them. then they have a double double that is a little tricky. then on the side by the woods they got a downhill double that is bad, if you hit it wrong you will endo. theres a trick to that one i'm sure yu will figure out pretty quick. its a pretty fast quad track so the moto really shines there. josh is gonna run the money class for sure and maybe the four stroke class too,but probably not. the money is 8 laps so it takes a lot out of you. josh could do 2 classes since he is so young and has so damn much energy but i dont want nothing to hurt his chances in the money race. this will be his first money race so we want him to be at his best. my wife will fax the flyer after lunch sometime. see you saturday
