I cant use a slipon pipe on my 03 so what are my options for a full system. The only ones i have found so far are the HMF and trinity.

 

Or purchasing the stock Moto system. I'd call Nacs and some other race shops that sponsor riders. I haven't seen a pro quad running the stock Moto exhaust....they have to be laying around somewhere.

 

fmf makes a system, our moto had one on it from cannondale. we are running the hmf system now.

The toaster uses a completely different head pipe than the round silencer. Currently, no one makes a slip on for the toaster, you are stuck getting a full system or buying the old head pipe and a slip on.... There are a whole bunch of posts on this topic that go into more detail....

no problem, that's what we are all here for. I'm still waiting for more pipes to come out for the 03's.
I'm debating between HMF, trinity, and Big gun. My dealer said that big gun would be the way to go since
cannondale will be using them on the Moto440's now that the FMF partnership is over....

 

Dang, when did C-dale and FMF have a falling out? Im suprised there isnt more company's making pipes for the C-dale. Im sure by this time next year there will be a ton of them making pipes for the C-dale.

 

mxmike got an hmf slip on for his speed. dont the cannibal and speed both have the toaster. i will check with mike tonight.

 

What about the Wileyco I am pretty sure that is what Nacs uses they look like a well built pipe.My Big Gun fell apart fairly quickly core broke up and the rivets wore through the shell in the back I think someone should make a pipe that is rubber mounted to frame and a spring type joint to headpipe I modified my Big Gun like this using a 250r hanger and it hant failed yet and it cut down vibration a lot.
