I only race two or three times a year. Dunes take priority over sitting for ten hrs and racing for two ten minute motos. Whats my best call then??

bottom line, a steering damper will reduce riding fatigue. you will have a better riding experience with regardless of the type of riding you do. i have the rebuildable pep unit on my black bull. only ridin it once with it on (starkville arena x) but i could tell a big difference right away. the pep unit looks just like the one on my honda 250r (unimpressive clamp design). the damper looks nice and the aluminum clamp that connects it to the frame is nice but the old galvanized gray pot metal bracket that connects to the steering stem is plain ugly. my 03' cannible had the bracket on the steering stem, but the hole in the bracket and the end of the damper rod were different. pretty easy to install, the hand written directions were pretty weak, but all in all, it does a good job. i have never heard of any brand performing poorly. good luck. also, the anti-vibe handle bar clamp fit my stock 03' steering stem!!!
