Is it a Cannibal or Moto?

If you take a Cannibal and put all the moto parts on it is it still a Cannibal?

I would say it would still be a Cannibal because that is what it was from the factory. A better way to describe it would be a Cannibal upgraded to full Moto specs. No matter what you call it, it would still be a nice ride.
