HMF FAKE DYNO #'s?!?!?!
#1
I was looking on the HMF website http://www.hmfengineering.com/cannondaleatvpg.html and it says 10 hp bottem 10 mid and 7 topend, but on the dyno right under it there is a 10 hp on bottem and mid but on topend it says 7 hp gain and it looks dead even with stock at about 36 peak HP?!?! Could someone please help me clear this up??
Thanks

That is quite interesting. Where's the RPM VS HP curve? To me it looks like they started the quad they tested in 3rd or 4th gear and revved it out to top end, giving more speed on the top and more "breathable HP throughout. I may be way off on this one but that's what makes sense to me.
I hope someone can clarify your question. I am in the market for a new exhaust.

i saw in a mag. where hmf full exhaust system was 7hp on bottom and 4 in the mid and 4 on top end. i would believe this over 10hp on any four stroke pipe. i have an hmf full exhaust and love it. along with a moto mapping and it run great.

I have a moto and all my friends have Cannibals with HMF exhaust. If the cannibal has 33 rwhp stock and the moto has 39 when the stock fmf pipe, I wonder if you are getting more HP if you put the moto mapping with the HMF exhaust over the Moto with the stock FMF. I was just curious about that.
