Default Head pipe question....

Ok i am having my pipe builder make me a new head pipe for my cannondale to fit the Sparks slip on. I want maxium HP and torque and i know that a well designed headpipe is vital. My question is how should he design it? Should it be like the 02 headpipe but with it going into 1 pipe about a half a foot from the exhaust? Or should i do it some other way????

All imput would be appreciated

Thanks

To design a head pipe for the C'dale would be very simple. You've already got the exhaust from the engine facing toward the rear so you don't have to worry about any major bends like all other exhausts on quads that require doing 180 degree bends. Just have your pipe builder design the largest possible pipe he can flange to the exhaust outlet, then a very slight angle bend to line up to whatever silencer you are using with it's mount point. They key is have it made with the largest possible diameter pipe and the fewer bends/angles in the pipe, the best!
