I have the moto front too I love it.Lonestar uses some sleeves to fit the ball joints to the spindles I really think that is a bad idea I have seen them come loose and get all bagged out only thing holding the nut on was the cotterpin and this guy had checked them before the race.

So it sounds like Cannondale did a hell of job designing their own arms.. So my question is.... Do you buy these from a dealer or does somebody sell these on their we3bsite?? Also I figure I need newshocks for these so how long do they need to be???

Cannondale offers it as a kit Arms,Brakelines and Shocks or seperately your dealer can order it for you.I really like the moto Ohlins in the kit but the ride height is higher than PEP,Elka etc.The shocks are the 19 in. long travel type so you will need new shocks. Also if you have a early 02 with the narrow a-arm mounts the moto bushings will dig into frame I have a fix for that.

I'm looking at getting some Eyeball Engineering long travel with stem. about 1,100 and long travel TCS Shocks. Have to wait for some more money to start rolling in though.

I'm running Houser +3'' long travel arms with the new TCS bodied shocks. I have no complaints what so ever. You will need a different stem with The Houser arms or the tie rods will hit the frame. The plate is mounted 10mm. lower. I installed an Arens stem but Houser offers them as well. I had Works shocks on my stock arms and they performed really well. The set up I have now is definitely worth the extra cost. The shocks soak up everything and the width of my front end is 51.5 inches and you can rail around the corners. I'm really pleased with this set up and recommend both manufacturers. I did a lot of research with racers back East before choosing Housers. They have a great reputataion and the craftsmanship is first rate.
