Default set up tips

I have an 03 speed basically stock and I wanted to see if I could get some set up tips for racing on circle track on ice. It is a rubber tire class so I have the stock holeshots on. What tire pressure do you recommend? And how should I set up the suspesion, hard or soft? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey 26,

I'm from Appleton. We should talk soon. Where did you get your C'Dale?

26yearold,
I saw you at the race I think. The guy to talk to is Dave Vannet he is at all the ice races with his cannondale stop over and talk he will help you out. Also Mikes Cycle has a couple rubber tire class racers.

From what I can see out there they run really low air pressure in the rear and soften your rear suspension up as much as you can.Let me know if you need held,i'm usually at the track don't know if i'll be there this weekend though.

Thanks for the ideas. I'll give it a shot this weekend. I bought my C-dale in Antigo. Because they gave me a better trade in on my raptor than janssen would.
