I will dig more into this but from I have found is Pegasus is a company that buys into companies they see will probably go bankrupt. They then in turn sell for a profit.
I guess its dumb a$$ little investors such as myself that always get screwed in the aftermath. I purchased CDale stock shortly after I bought my first CDale. To me this was worth investing. I guess I was wrong and the last to know.
We all knew that Pegasus joined in the CDale link aprrox 1.5 years ago. Investors heads up.. Pegasus=Not Good. More to follow.

1000's of articles. And most of them have this Company involved with bankrupt companies. It almost appears that CDale might have known this for a while. I'll have some interesting reads shortly.

One very interesting read.
"Pegasus Partners II, L.P. is managed by Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a Greenwich, Conn.-based private equity investment firm that manages approximately $800 million of capital. To date, Pegasus has invested in 26 companies in a broad array of industries. The firm primarily looks to invest in companies that are (i) undergoing or likely to undergo restructurings, reorganizations or liquidations, including those under federal bankruptcy laws, (ii) in financial distress or (iii) adversely impacted due to other discrete events."
