Default Great News for All CANNONDALE Owners

Just found out that Cannondale had an offer and it was accepted. Sorry, I do not know who the offer was made from. That the good news and from here it can only get better. From what I understand about Chapter 11 (not much) is that it has to be approved by feds and a certin amount of time (30 days I think) has to go by to allow others to bid on the company as well.

Cannondale back in business very soon now the bidding begins.

Maybe Cannondale should have put it on E-Bay.

I'm not trying to ruin anything, but don't get to excited. I have a feeling that whoever bought C-dales motorsports division won't make the same mistake as Cannondale did. They will probably try to lower production costs by using steel frames and getting rid of the EFI. That doesn't mean it won't be a good quad... hell just look at the R's. But I'm saying, don't expect to see the same Cannondale quads from before. Just whatever the outcome, I hope the motor is still basically the same so that I can get parts if I need them.

The rumor I heard is the interested company is not in the US, Canada or Japan. I heard where their from but I won't say yet. We're trying to verify facts and talk to Canondale to find out if we can disclose anything or not.

MXDale, I sure don't know why anyone would go to the trouble of buying the rights to the designs and technology and then not use them. They don't need to buy cannondale to build a steel frame/carb quad. Just call Taiwan. hmmm are they from taiwan? we'll see.
