hi all what do you think is it worth it to buy a cannondale now after what we heard a bout the bankruptcy of the factory im planing to get one but i need some advice.

 

I just bought a 03 Speed, It is worth because the good things never die, and the C-dale is the best bike ever made.

 

I too was sceptical about buying one. Just picked up my new cannibal yesterday and rode it just this morning. I love it. It's still a little tight but already beat two z400's. I don't like drag racing, I'm more of a trail guy myself. It's a really good bike. Also checked with your dealer and ask him to guarantee that if anything goes wrong with it that he'll do his best to take care of it. I've owned a ds650 and a z400 and there's no comparason. I want to thank the people in this forum for getting me off the fence. It's only been a day and I don't have any buyers remorse. I also like the notarity that goes with it, people where stopping me just to take a look at it, that was pretty cool. I can't stop writing about it, I'm just sooo happy. has the msrp gone down?? or up because they are gonna be rare?

 

well I found mine on ebay. A dealer about an hour away from me had a new 2002 left over. I bought it for $4700. that was the out the door price. 2003's are about $6000.00 plus all the fees.
