I was just searching around for info on the cdale issue and came across something.its probly not what im thinking but does anyone know if there are other divisions in other countries.at the bottem of the explanation of the chapter 11 deal it says,
THE COMPANIES FOREIGN SUBSIDIARIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE FILING.does this mean their will be parts made in other countries if cdale was to go under?

Cannondale sells bikes and in other countries, and I believe that they make the bikes overseas that they sell overseas.
