Hay Guys I have a Problem Here.
My 14 year old kid talked me in to buying a 03 Cannondale Speed after I got him a 02 Cannondale Cannibal. The Problem is I never rode his 02 Cannibal before I Purchased the 03, Well I rode his Cannibal at a Race track and I am Intimidated by the power these things put out!
Im 40 and I dont need a Crazy wheeler like that so this Speed is sitting in the toy box with zero miles on it, what do you think I could get for it? I need a Big 4x4 Before the wife hangs me. Dose Cannondale have a 4x4?
Any Help???????

You get used to the power and want MORE.

Just keep riding it. I'll be 40 this July and I run around the track. When I'm on the track I'm basically in the way but who cares.

You be better off keeping the Speed and selling the Cannibal. Youll take less of a loss on the cannibal, than you will the speed. If you didnt know, Cannondale is bankrupt.

Smitty,, Im not a fit and trim guy Maybe a Little on the porky side~ 5/6 @200# I dont want to get a Heart attack on this thing! I never had seat time on a Cannondale but I have played with my Nephews Honda ex. The Cannibal is just not as Smooth as the Honda. The Cannibal just wants to rip you off of it and it seams like it would be a fulltime job for me just to hang on. The Wife is ready to up my life Insurance if I keep it.

KING,, I knew C/Dale Went up in smoke but the parts for them are all over. Ebay always has a load.
At the price I got them for I could part them out and do good.
My kid wanted the Dale after seeing them smoking the comp- time after time at the track & He would like to burn the Nephew but its not going to happen on a track anytime soon.

i am 39 and 5'7" close to 200 lbs and love my speed, just dont ride over your head and eventually you will notice your stamina and speed increase, i dont ride my speed as fast as it will go but i am having a blast doing it knowing that i have the fasted quad out there (other than other cannondales)

 

OLD GOOD GUY,

I'm 39, 6' and an easy 230lbs. I need that little extra just to keep up with the rest of the crowd.

Just ride it, it will grow on you, Fast like a fungas.

Old good guy,You could use it as a kick @$$ exercise machine to get trimed down or what ever.

HA HA! I like the Weight Loss program! And for riding one of these things at the age of "50" You really have my Respect!
I Have it Advertised and if it don't sell by Friday I talked my wife in to letting me keep it.

Here I Thought I was the only Cannondale owner over the age of 30, but you Guys put that to Rest in a Hurry.
