Does ticket from Mass environmental police go on driving record??? and does it make my inc go up on my motor vehicle??

 

what did they give you for a ticket. If it was just for not being registered . I don't belive so. i know here in maine they don't.

 

I got it for not being registered, motorvehicle trespassing I can't see it makeing my auto inc go up but I dont know that is why I am asking

 

does the ticket have you drivers licisence number on it. If not it probolly will not. Where did you get caught riding?

 

In ca. it doesn't as long as it's not a DUI , then it does and your insurance will be affected.

 

Yes it does have my drivers licisence number on it.. This is my frist ticket since I got my License

 

Moral of the story......DON'T STOP FOR COPS.... unless you have no choice

 

It sounds like you were Trespassing!!! It is folks like you who cause all of us to lose our rights and places to ride. As far as running from cops, thats an even dumber idea! Grow up folks and be responsible!

 

Someone from Illinois trying to tell us from MA how to behave. Just a couple of points. There is hardly a riding spot in MA that isn't trespassing. so sometimes you have to do what you have to do. We live in the treehuggin dirt is sacred Capitol (or at least second to Cali) So with that in mind Our riding behavior has very little effect on wetheor not we can be nice enough to earn more riding area. We are human animals who own fossil fuel burning machines that leave tracks in DIRT sacred dirt. The only option we have is get rid of all our DIRT destroying toys and convert our ways to the wackos ways which is go hug a tree worship the dirt and spent the rest of my life trying to close all trails to foot traffic only. We have a similiar situation here in Illinois as far as parks etc. go. But that doesn't make illegal behavior OK. All you will do is make a bad situation worse. Good luck trying to justify your point when you are arrested for trespassing, criminal damage to property etc. to a cop or judge.
