Default Riding trails, pits, anywhere in Alberta.

I don't really have a huge discussion but more of a rant, questions, and.. a slew of words.

As written in my local paper Police officers said "They're going to crack down on atv and dirt bike riders.", I need suggestions, I was thinking of writing a letter to the newspaper about with all this police patrolling that it is not letting anyone enjoy their hobby. Of course there are some people who are _morons_ with their machines and pretty much taunt police to chase them, 95% of us ride in pits and trails around our town (which is only 3000 people est). What I need is an idea of how I could get a message across to the people in our town about maybe making us a track like surrounding cities and towns, or something that can be designated for just ATV/Dirt Bike enthusiasts. I would like to sound level headed without making myself or the others I would be talking about demanding or rude.

If anyone has had similar problems and found decent solutions I am seriously all ears. I want to help fellow atvers out where I ride, so we all don't have to ride in secrecy(spelling?)..

Thanks a lot, Dee.
