srry i pressed enter by accident, okay heres the question, i was thinking of buying alot of land and making an atv trail system, open to the public for a small price to use the trails. would people in new york actually come to it and also do i need a special liscense cause it will technically be my land so idk.

About the permit, not to sure, but most likely yes. NY is pretty g@y about ATV's, so it will probly be really hard to get. You can ask some other parks in NY for some advice too (www.atvny.com). Or you can just get paid in cash, off the books, and make a straight income.

i would come for sure, but since NY is pretty strict about quad laws they would prolly make it as safe as possible...which is not fun
