Does anyone know of some good places to ride in CT? I'm getting tired of driving to NJ, NY and MA.

PS. Isn't ironic that legally you need to register your ATV in CT, pay property tax and a registration fee yet CT State provides no public riding facilities. Where does that tax money go?

As far as CT and quads. There is nothing public and legal. Private tracks that are legitmate in CT will not allow quads. (Central Village or Rocky Hill)

There are a few trails around the state, but you will be running from the law on most.

I am more into MX, and I have to drive to Eagle Bridge NY (above Albany) to ride for the day. There is a place on the MA, RI and CT border but it will only allow quads on Mondays.

You might want to post this in the Where to ride section to get more hits.

As for registering in CT. It is a joke. The state will NEVER allow people's taxes to supply a riding area. Too many liberal bleading hearts.
