HOT OFF THE PRESS.....

Judge Lodge just issued his opinion on the Roadless case. ACSA was a
Plaintiff in this case along with the Idaho and Illinois Snowmobile
Associations, Boise Cascade and several others.

Judge Lodge concluded that the proposed amendments by the Forest Service does
not insure the public confidence that NEPA intended. He then granted our
request for Preliminary Injunction and enjoined the Forest Service from
implementing all aspects of the Roadless Area Conservation Rule.

A joint Litigation Plan must be filed in this matter by June 11.

This is very good news for recreation!!
