In the editorial page of todays Denver post there is letter that wants to ban ATV's for kids. Here is the article. And here is the article on the accident.

The article discuss the recent tragic death of 2 boys (ages 9 and 10) who were riding a 3 wheeler in the dark on a road then were hit by a car from behind. The article then goes on and quotes from the recently published propaganda from the CFA.

I have read this CFA report and tried to follow along with the numbers. They don't make sense. The report is full of emotion, poor logic and junk science and comes to the conlusion to take away my freedom.

To get to the point. I want to write a letter to the editor of the Denver post but need a little more amunition. I know the CFA article has been discussed here before and have seen some excellent counterpoints. But I can no longer find that information. Any information or links would be helpful.

65, I was waiting for someone to go on BAN ATV for kids bandwagon after I heard about this terrible accident. I also read that report, lots of information that is not ALL there. I was able to find some info, hope this helps..ATVA
