Default Illinois House Bill 1986
Does anyone know anything about House Bill 1986 by representative Bradley? I have been trying to contact him with no luck. I would like to know if that will allow ATVS on rural roads where there is no posted speed limit. Right now the statute reads that only on posted speed limits of 35 MPH or less. Thanks
